Karen Steeves, MBA, currently serves as the Oncology Account Manager-Hematology at Genmab since January 2023. Prior to this role, Karen held positions at Karyopharm Therapeutics Inc. as a Hematology Oncology Specialist from November 2021 to January 2023, and at Takeda Oncology from 2013 to 2021, where Karen progressed through various roles including Area Field Trainer and Oncology Territory Manager. Karen's extensive experience in oncology sales spans over two decades, beginning with a Sales position at Sanofi from 1997 to 2010, and includes notable achievements such as leading sales initiatives and influencing treatment practices in hematology. Karen earned an MBA from the Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Loyola Marymount University.
