Oksana Konoval has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and companies.

Oksana began their career as a Senior Receptionist at CITADEL INN HOTEL & RESORT in Lviv, Ukraine, where they worked from January 2013 to October 2017.

Following this, Oksana joined SoftServe in October 2017 as a Business Trip Office Corporate Travel Manager. In this role, they were responsible for preparing travel documentation, coordinating travel accommodations, and serving as a liaison for different departments within the company. Oksana held this position until September 2019.

Next, Oksana worked at Inoxoft as a Customer Engagement Manager from September 2019 to August 2021. In this role, they were involved in managing customer relationships and ensuring their satisfaction.

Currently, Oksana is a Customer Engagement Manager at Geniusee - Software Product Development, a position they have held since August 2021.

Throughout their career, Oksana has gained experience in customer engagement, travel management, and corporate liaison.

Oksana Konoval's education history includes attending the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv from 2008 to 2013, where they studied Economic Theory in the Faculty of Economics. From 2012 to 2016, they continued their education at the same university and focused on English Philology, specifically in the area of language and literature.
