Currently serving as a Software Engineering Manager at Genius, Dylan has previously held senior engineering roles at Mongoose, Anthology Inc., and ValueCentric, specializing in full-stack development, DevOps practices, and system integration. Key achievements include the successful implementation of feature flag migrations, the creation of testing protocols, and leading major system projects utilizing Azure and modern architectures such as Micro Frontend components and GraphQL.
