Joshua Elrod has been in the workforce since 2004. Joshua'sfirst job was as a Service Advisor at Berts Mega Mall, which they held from 2004 to 2011. From 2011 to 2013, they were a Service Dispatcher at Temecula Motorsports. During this same period, they were also an Assistant PDI Manager at Berts Mega Mall and a Recon Manager at National Powersport Auctions. From 2013 to 2015, they were an Assistant Service Manager at Del Amo Motorsports and a Service Manager at B&B Cycles. In 2017, they worked as a General Laborer at Pyro Spectaculars by Souza. From 2018 to 2019, they were a Senior Graphic Designer at Ethos Media Lab. Most recently, they have been a Mgr. Business Services – Southern California Market Center Reconditioning at Cox Automotive.

Joshua Elrod attended California State University-San Bernardino from 2000 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications. During this time, they also attended the Cisco Networking Academy from 2000 to 2002 and earned a CCNA in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications. Joshua also attended Victor Valley College from 2000 to 2004 and earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services.
