Natalia Agap currently serves as the Chief Operations Officer at Genius Software since December 2020, where responsibilities include leading large operational teams, coordinating between departments, and implementing structural enhancements while managing day-to-day operations and driving strategic initiatives. Previously, Natalia held the position of Senior Account Manager at Genius Software, a full-cycle software development company focused on building development teams for growing businesses. Prior to that, Natalia worked as an Account Manager at Goldman Sachs and served as Manager of Operations. Natalia holds a Bachelor's degree in tourism from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv and completed a program at Y Combinator in mid-2023.
