Mostafa Mansour is an experienced IT professional currently serving as a System Analyst at Genieall Corporation since September 2021. In this role, Mostafa is responsible for monitoring the health of network, server, and storage devices, supporting maintenance activities, troubleshooting issues, and compiling reports in accordance with SOPs and SLAs. Prior to this, Mostafa worked as an IT Infrastructure Engineer at PharmaOverseas, where responsibilities included ensuring security through access controls and managing leased line and SD-WAN links across multiple branches. Additionally, Mostafa held positions as an IT System and Network Senior Engineer at Naggar Group - Eurogypt Maritime Co. and as a Senior Service Desk Engineer at Majorel. Mostafa holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport, completed between 2012 and 2017.
