David Lutzker is a seasoned software engineering manager with extensive experience in project management and software development. Currently at Genex Services since January 2018, David oversees various teams while implementing Agile methodologies. With a longstanding tenure at NTT DATA beginning in June 2006 as a software development and project manager, David leads efforts that support core products for clients. David's previous roles include project management at VWR International and GMAC Commercial Mortgage, as well as consulting positions at Innovative Consulting and First USA. David holds a B.A. in Computer Science from Temple University, obtained between 1991 and 1994.
