Karly Kondratowicz has a diverse range of work experience. Karly currently works as a Lab and Facilities Manager at Genevant Sciences starting from March 2019. Prior to this, they worked at BC Centre for Excellence in HIV/AIDS from February 2017 onwards as a Therapeutic Drug Monitoring Research Assistant/Lab Coordinator, where they demonstrated organizational and research skills to effectively utilize budget, resources, personnel, and equipment. Before that, they worked at Arbutus Biopharma Corporation as a Research Assistant from September 2015 to June 2016. In this role, they focused on collecting, processing, storing, and tracking biological samples within strict deadlines and in compliance with regulatory and policy requirements.
