Sam Gascon has worked in a range of roles since 2016. In 2018, they worked as a Bartender for STATE STREET BRATHAUS OF MADISON, INC and as a Server for Kona Ice. In 2019, they worked as a Content Specialist for Where to Hunt, LLC. In 2022, they worked as a Marketing and Media Production Specialist for both Interstate Music and Geneva Supply. Additionally, in 2016 they worked as an Umpire for Okauchee Youth Baseball.

Sam Gascon attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2017 to 2021, where they studied Communication and Media Studies.
