Tim Loo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in investment, mergers and acquisitions, and initial public offerings. Currently, Tim serves as the Managing Director at TIM Holdings since 2010 and is actively involved in the GGI M&A Practice Group since 2015. Previous roles include a managerial position in IPO, M&A, and Business Transaction Services at BDO from 2008 to 2009, and a managerial role in Assurance and Business Advisory at EY from 2005 to 2007. Tim holds an ACCA qualification and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Oxford Brookes University.
