Michelle Hirsch is an accomplished educational leader with extensive experience in various roles within school districts and educational organizations. Serving as Principal at Geneva Community Unit School District 304 since August 2020, Michelle previously held positions as Assistant Principal at Acero Schools and Multi-Tiered System of Supports Coordinator at The Hope Institute for Children and Families. Prior roles also include Dean of Academics at Rowe Elementary School and Third Grade Lead Teacher, as well as teaching positions at Heartland Elementary School and Steve Cozine Elementary School. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, a Master of Arts in School Leadership, and another Master of Arts in Reading Teacher Education, both from Concordia University Chicago.
