Erin Day has a diverse work experience in various fields. In 2018, they worked as a Summer Intern at Torys LLP. Erin then worked as a Research Assistant at CREATE Fertility from 2019 to 2021. In 2015, Erin worked as a Gymnastics Coach at Gyros Gymnastics until 2017. From 2016 to 2017, they were a Water Ski Instructor and Camp Counsellor at Camp Manitou Canada. Erin also worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Western University from January to May 2022. Erin then worked as a Medical Assistant and Research Intern at Rakai Health Sciences Program (RHSP) from May to June 2022. Following that, Erin worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Toronto from July to October 2022. Currently, they hold two positions simultaneously at Genetika+ - an Associate of Business Development from March 2023 to present, and as an Intern from October 2022 to present.

Erin Day began their education journey in 2017 at Queen's University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Life Sciences. Erin studied at Queen's University until 2021, completing their undergraduate education in that time.

In 2021, Erin Day attended Western University to further their education. Erin pursued a Master of Management of Applied Science degree with a specialization in Global Health. Their time at Western University lasted until 2022, at which point they completed their graduate studies.
