Giang Pham has a wealth of work experience. From 2018 to the present, they have been the Co-founder and CXO of GENETICA® US, Vice Chair-woman of the Founding Board of Directors of Endeavor, and Chairwoman of The Customer Era Ltd. (CECL). In 2017, they were the Co-Founder of the Vietnam Innovation of General Education Foundation (VIGEF). From 2015 to the present, they have been a Founding Member and Committee of Finance and Administration and Committee of Social and Community Impact of The Ho Chi Minh City Association for Women Executives & Entrepreneurs (HAWEE). From 2012 to the present, they have been a Member Board of Directors and Member of the Board of Directors of PNJ. From 2011 to the present, they have been a Member of the Board of Directors of Vietnam Australia International School. From 2007 to the present, they have been a Partner of Mekong Capital. From 2005 to 2007, they were an Account Executive at Aon.

Giang Pham's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from Banking University Hochiminh (BUH) from 2001 to 2005. From 2007 to 2009, Pham earned an Executive Master Degree in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland FHNW. In 2013, Pham completed a TTC 200 in Yoga Teacher Training/Yoga Therapy from Yantra Yoga. In 2017, Pham completed Executive Education in Leading with Big Data Analytics from NUS Business School. In 2018, Pham earned an Advanced Certificate for Executives in Management, Innovation, and Technology from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
