Rachana Singh is the Director of Customer Advocacy & Engagement for the APAC region at Genesys, a role undertaken since January 2024, focusing on nurturing passionate customer advocates to drive sales growth and foster connections. Prior to this, Rachana served as the Head of GTM Marketing at EdgeVerve and held various positions at Genesys from 2015 to 2021, managing integrated marketing strategies and customer engagement initiatives across the Asia-Pacific region. Rachana's earlier experience includes leadership roles in alliances and marketing at C-Zentrix and marketing management at Mindlance, reflecting a strong background in demand generation and brand building. Rachana holds an Advanced Program in AI-Powered Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and various other degrees including an MBA in Marketing and Strategy from the International School of Management Excellence.
