Megan Mills serves as the VP of Global Procurement at Genesys since 2019, where responsibilities include building and leading a comprehensive procurement organization, focusing on strategic sourcing, vendor management, and sustainability initiatives. In addition to this role, Mills has contributed as an Advisory Board Member for both 19nine and the Logistics and Supply Chain Management Board at Ball State University’s Miller College of Business. Prior experience includes multiple leadership positions at Allegion, PLC, and roles at Ingersoll Rand, Delta Faucet Company, and CIK Enterprises. Mills holds a B.S. in Operations Management from Ball State University and an MBA from Colorado State University.
