Jurgen De Becker is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic global alliances and solutions consulting, currently serving as the Head of Strategic Global Alliances for EMEA at Genesys since January 2012. In this role, Jurgen spearheads a team to drive growth through partnerships with major industry players such as Amazon Web Services, Salesforce, and Accenture, enhancing Genesys' market presence in EMEA. Additionally, Jurgen has held parallel roles as Global Vice President of Solutions Consulting and leader in Sales Transformations, focusing on optimizing sales strategies. Previous positions include Senior Director of Business Solutions at Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise and various roles at Genesys and Devoteam Belgium. Jurgen holds an MBA from Vlerick Business School and a Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from KU Leuven.
