Courteney Orr is a seasoned product designer with extensive experience in UI/UX design and product development. Currently serving as Principal - Product Design at Genesys since June 2022, Courteney previously held positions as Lead Product Designer and Senior Product Designer at Allstate and Divisions Maintenance Group, respectively. With a strong foundation in user-centered design, Courteney has successfully undertaken various roles since starting as UX Designer at Ingage Partners in 2018, and has also made significant contributions as an Independent Consultant for Cincinnati Public Schools, leading a comprehensive website redesign. Courteney's career began at ILLUMINATI CREATIVE LLC as a UX & Digital Designer and included a role at Polymer Packaging, Inc. as a Digital Designer. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Applied Science in Digital Tech & Design with a VR concentration from Arkansas State University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Web & Multimedia Design from Cincinnati State Technical and Community College.
