Alexandre (Alex) Steben is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in systems architecture and technical consulting. Currently serving as Lead PS Engineer at Genesys since January 2021, Alex previously held positions such as Senior Principal PS Consultant and Senior Technical Architect at Bell, where expertise encompassed Genesys solutions and incident management. A former Incident Manager at CGI, Alex effectively managed high-priority incidents for significant clients, while also leading technical teams and training initiatives. Alex began the career as an I.T. Administrator and Graphic Artist at Displetech, and holds a Certificate in Object Oriented Programming Methodologies from Concordia University, complementing a solid educational foundation from Vanier College and Loyola.
