Stephanie Baumgartner is currently the Marketing Operations Manager at Genesys Works. Prior to this, they were the Founder and Executive Director of A Drink for Tomorrow, a volunteer-run nonprofit that raised funds to provide clean water and sanitation to developing countries. Stephanie also has experience working in higher education, having served as the Assistant Director of Training and Consulting Services at the University of Pennsylvania. In this role, they assisted with the design and implementation of a ten program noncredit executive education portfolio. Stephanie is skilled in organizational improvement, stakeholder engagement, and governance, and has a proven track record in fundraising and event planning.

Stephanie Baumgartner has a Master of Science from the University of Pennsylvania in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management and a BA from Georgetown University in Psychology and Spanish. Stephanie also studied at Villa Le Balze, Georgetown University.
