Jeffrey Artis serves as the President and CEO of Genesys Works since December 2020, following a notable tenure as National Director of Corporate Engagement at Year Up from September 2013 to December 2020. Artis has extensive experience in business development and consulting, having led initiatives at Agile 1 as Director of Business Development, Trilogy Partners, LLC as President, and BMC Software, where annual bookings increased by 67% under Artis's leadership. Previous roles include SVP of Sales & Marketing at Spherion, with over $100M in annual revenue, and Regional VP at Thrupoint, where Artis oversaw significant regional expansion. Artis began a successful career at IBM, achieving 16 consecutive years of quota attainment. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and English Literature from Williams College.
