Brett Lilley is currently the Commercial Director at Genesis Homes since April 2024. Prior to this role, Brett held positions such as Associate Commercial Director at Story Homes, Head Of Commercial at Russell Homes, and Commercial Director at Town And Country Piling Ltd. Brett began their career as a Trainee Quantity Surveyor at A B Rhead & Associates Ltd and has since gained experience in various quantity surveying roles at companies such as Chelford Homes, Fairclough Homes, and Countryside Properties. Brett completed a BSc Hons in Quantity Surveying at The University of Bolton from 2001 to 2004.
