Jovanna N. has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. In 2011, they started their career as an Administrative Assistant at the Comprehensive Community Action Program, where they worked until 2014. From 2015 to 2017, they served as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Saint Antoine Residence. In 2019, they joined Lifespan as a Human Resources Assistant, and later became a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, a role they held until 2021. In the same year, they worked as a Sourcer/Interviewer on a contract basis at General Dynamics Electric Boat. Currently, Jovanna is a Market Lead Recruiter at Genesis, a position they started in November 2021.
