Claire Costello has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Claire is currently serving as the Director of Nursing Services at Genesis since July 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Nurses at Marquis Health Consulting Services from January 2022 to July 2023. Claire also has experience working at Genesis as a Clinical Quality Specialist and Center Nurse Executive from November 2018 to January 2022. Additionally, they served as the Director of Nurses at Riverview from July 2017 to October 2018. Earlier in their career, Claire worked as a Registered Nurse at Kent Hospital from February 2014 to June 2017 and as a Nursing Manager at Hattie Ide Chaffee Home from February 2013 to February 2015.

Claire Costello completed their education at Walden University, where they obtained a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN). Before that, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in 2012. Claire also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Biology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, which they attained in 2010. Additionally, they have a certification as a Six Sigma Yellow Belt from The Council for Six Sigma Certification, obtained in May 2021.
