Leah Kephart has extensive experience in the medical laboratory field, serving as a Medical Laboratory Technician at various institutions since 1987. Current employment at Genesis Health System began in January 2016, building upon prior roles, including a position at AMITA Health - Adventist from August 2013 to January 2016, where Leah contributed to the LaGrange Oncology hematology department. Previous roles include positions at Medical Arts Associates, Genesis Health Group, Bettendorf Medical Center, and Medical Associates. Leah Kephart holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Clinical/Medical Laboratory Technology from Sauk Valley Community College, earned between 1983 and 1986.
