Prayly Sondakh is a dedicated customer service professional with a solid background in communication and public relations. Currently serving as a Customer Service Representative at Genesis since May 2022, Prayly previously held similar roles at the Ministry of Social Development from February 2021 to May 2022. In addition to customer service experience, Prayly interned in public relations at DRUM Agency in 2020 and worked in a front-of-house position at Onyx Bar and Restaurant from September 2019 to July 2020.
