Kym Moore is an experienced project manager currently working at Genesis since April 2009, where responsibilities include planning, coordinating project activities, and providing updates to stakeholders. Prior roles at Genesis include project coordinator, performance analyst, and managing the ITIL Change & Release Management Process, with a focus on process improvement through Lean Six Sigma as a Green Belt. Kym's previous experience at Sitel from April 2002 to April 2009 encompassed roles as a business analyst, test analyst, and customer service professional, with a focus on process documentation and analysis. Kym holds a Master of Arts in Film and Media Studies from The University of Waikato and is currently pursuing a Post Graduate Diploma in Museum Studies at Massey University.
