Ben C. has extensive experience in human resources analytics and systems management, currently serving as the People Analytics and Systems Manager at Genesis since October 2012. Previous roles include P&C Systems and Analytics Consultant and Sustainability and People Insights Consultant, where Ben C. led the implementation and management of the company's HRIS and data strategies. Ben C. has also contributed to budget management and process improvements as a Property Coordinator and provided support in financial and administrative functions as a Property Support Graduate. Earlier experience includes serving as an E-Learning Facilitator at The University of Auckland and various roles in retail and warehouse settings.
