Jamillah Smith, M.Acc, is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in accounting and financial management. Currently serving as Financial Controller at Genesis Consulting Partners, LLC since January 2022, Jamillah previously held the position of Director of Accounting at PLANIT Group from October 2014 to December 2021, where responsibilities included the preparation of all financial reporting for executive management. Additional experience includes roles as Accounting Manager at The Experts, Inc. from March 2012 to October 2014 and Assistant Controller at Yale Mortgage from August 2005 to March 2010. Jamillah holds a Master's degree in Accounting from Florida International University, complemented by prior education at Bethune-Cookman University.
