Lauren Aneskavich is an experienced engineer currently serving as a Controls Engineer at Genesis Automation Inc. since October 2022. Previously, Lauren held the position of Software Engineer at Telepro Inc. from September 2013 to January 2022, focusing on the design and maintenance of process control software and device interfaces using C/C++ and .NET. Lauren's career also includes work as an Embedded Software Engineer at Rockwell Automation, where collaboration with the design team led to the development of embedded software for safety-critical industrial automation components. Earlier experience includes roles as a Research Assistant at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where Lauren operated low-temperature plasma systems and analyzed optical measurement data, and as a Project Assistant, co-authoring a middle school curriculum in engineering principles. Lauren’s professional journey began with an internship at Motorola, Inc.
