Matthew Elwood is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in capital solutions and board governance across various industries. Currently serving as Managing Director at Barings since 2016, Matthew holds several board member positions, including at GENESIS, Milestone Equipment Holdings, Ampliform, CRA Holdings, and VGS Holdings, all of which focus on innovative leasing solutions in aviation and logistics. Previously, Matthew was Vice President at Goldman Sachs, leading structured finance analytics within the Investment Banking Division. Matthew holds both a Master’s and Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Boston University.
