Irene H. is an experienced finance professional currently serving as a Finance Manager at both GENESIS and ReGEN since April 2023. Previously, Irene held various roles at Decathlon Ireland from August 2018 to April 2023, including Finance Business Partner, Financial Controller, and Financial Accountant, where responsibilities encompassed financial reporting, budgeting, stakeholder management, and internal control improvements. Prior to Decathlon, Irene worked at STRONG ROOTS on a commercial marketing project, focusing on market research and project execution. Irene holds a Master's degree in Food Business Strategy from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School, a Pre-master in Business and Law from University College Dublin, and a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Banking from Minzu University of China.
