Christopher White is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in help desk support, system administration, and IT management. Currently serving as an IT dispatcher at Genesee & Wyoming Inc. since June 2021, Christopher specializes in classifying and updating service tickets while adhering to ITIL 4 standards.
