Dan Wilbourn is an experienced retail real estate professional currently serving as the Regional Vice President at Genesco since September 2017. Previously, Dan held various positions at Hibbett Sporting Goods from June 2010 to September 2017, including Real Estate Manager, where responsibilities included new site selection and preliminary lease negotiations in the upper Midwest, as well as Senior Portfolio Manager and Portfolio Manager, overseeing lease renewals, rent reductions, expansions, and relocations within the Hibbett Sports portfolio. Dan's career began at Colonial Properties Trust from September 1999 to December 2009 as a Retail Leasing Representative, focusing on leasing in-line retail spaces and outparcels. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from Troy University and an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Wallace Community College.
