Christian de Sira has extensive experience in the hotel and real estate industry. Christian currently holds the position of VP Development at Generator, where they are responsible for expanding the brand in various regions. Christian also holds the same role at Freehand Hotels. Prior to this, Christian was the VP Investment & Development (Europe) at The Ascott Limited. Christian has also served as the Executive Director at LHG - London Hotel Group, overseeing acquisition and asset management interests. Before that, Christian worked as the Director of Capital Markets at DeVono Cresa, where they were responsible for sourcing real estate opportunities and placing equity for joint ventures. Christian began their career at RocaFund as a Partner and Director, focusing on acquisitions and asset management. Christian has also held various positions at Q Hotels & Residences, HVS International, and Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels.

Christian de Sira completed a BA (Hons) in Finance & Strategy at Nottingham Trent University from 1994 to 1998. From 1998 to 2000, they pursued an MBA in Real Estate & Hospitality at Cornell University and IMHI/Essec Business School in Paris.
