Jacob Lafauce is an experienced biopharmaceutical professional currently serving as Associate Director at Generation Bio since February 2023, where responsibilities include overseeing preclinical study development, managing timelines, and collaborating with various departments and external partners. Prior to this role, Jacob held various positions at Novartis Institutes for BioMedical Research from 2015 to 2023, advancing from Senior Scientist I to Senior Scientist II, with a focus on in-vivo pharmacology and mentoring junior staff. Jacob’s extensive expertise in preclinical research is complemented by experience at Charles River Laboratories and Toxikon Corporation, specializing in in-vivo techniques and animal care.
