Leo Dodds has a diverse and extensive work experience in the biopharma and healthcare industry. Leo has held various leadership roles focused on quality systems, inspection readiness, and regulatory compliance. Leo'smost recent position was as the Vice President GxP Quality at Generate Biomedicines. Prior to that, they worked as a Partner at TriRadial Solutions, where they provided consulting services to biopharma clients, specializing in quality systems and inspection readiness. Leo also served as the General Manager of Quality Assurance for the Americas at IQVIA and as a Principal at IQVIA (Quintiles) Advisory Services. Leo has also worked at Janssen Research & Development, LLC, where they were the Director of Safety Compliance Management, responsible for global safety and regulatory inspection readiness. Leo has also held leadership positions in other organizations such as SOCAP International, PRD, LLC (Johnson & Johnson), Ortho-McNeil Janssen Scientific Affairs, Business Edge Solutions, Inc., and PwC. Leo has a strong background in statistics and business operations, and they are skilled in process optimization and developing improvement initiatives.

Leo Dodds completed their B.Sc. in Applied Mathematics from Western University in the period from 1982 to 1986. Later, they pursued an MBA in Pharmaceutical Strategy from Concordia University, completing it between 1993 and 1995.
