Eric Tsang is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in managing IT infrastructure and operations across various organizations in Asia. As the Infrastructure and Operations Lead at Generali since October 2022, Eric leads a team to support IT infrastructure for Generali Hong Kong and Asia. Previously, Eric held senior roles in DSV, Agility, and Gold Partners China Holdings, where responsibilities included systems integration, migration, and overseeing extensive infrastructure projects. Eric also has significant experience in IT governance, security management, and project budgeting, supported by a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Science from RMIT University. Throughout a career spanning over two decades, Eric has consistently delivered projects, managed regional teams, and improved IT processes across multiple sectors.
