Truong Nghe is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the Associate Director of Information Technology at Generali Vietnam Life Insurance since September 2017. In this role, Truong holds leadership positions in IT Project Management and IT Strategic Planning, having successfully established the Quality Control and Mobile Development Application teams. Previously, Truong served as the CSO & PMO Head at Generali, where responsibilities included establishing the Project Management Office from scratch and overseeing various security domains. Prior experience includes roles at Manulife as Head of Business Analysis and at Great Eastern Life as Solution Architect Manager, among others. Truong began a career in IT as a Senior Software Engineer in 2005, progressively taking on more responsibility in management and architecture roles across various companies in the insurance and banking sectors.
