Melanie Kramp serves as a Member of the Board and Chief Customer Officer at Generali Deutschland AG since August 2023. Kramp holds multiple board positions within the Generali group, including membership at Generali Deutschland Versicherung AG and Generali Deutschland Lebensversicherung AG, and leads the Customer Service Directorate in Stuttgart. Additionally, Kramp is a board member at Cosmos Versicherung AG and Dialog Versicherung AG, as well as a supervisory board member at Generali Deutschland Services GmbH. Prior to these roles, Kramp accumulated extensive experience at CosmosDirekt, advancing through various leadership positions in Customer Service, Sales, Corporate Development, and Human Resources.
