Frederic Schwass is an experienced professional in real estate development, currently serving as Chief Development Officer and Development Director at General Projects since July 2016. Frederic has expertise in managing the full development process, providing strategic development advice, establishing financial targets, and overseeing external development teams. Previously, Frederic held positions at Faena Group as a Real Estate Associate and Project Manager for Faena Hotels, focusing on pre-development planning, market research, and joint venture strategies. Frederic's early career included a role as a Sales Associate at Siso Sales Group Inc. Frederic holds a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Development from New York University, an M.B.A. in Marketing and International Business from Baruch College, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Design and Management from Parsons School of Design. Additionally, Frederic completed the International Baccalaureate at Sigtunaskolan Humanistiska Läroverket.
