Lasta Maharjan is a skilled professional in data analytics with a strong educational background in data science and mathematics, having earned a Bachelor's degree from The University of Texas at Arlington in 2023. Currently serving as a Data Analytics Associate at The University of Texas System since January 2023, Lasta previously held the role of Mavs EDGE Program Facilitator (Data Lead) at The University of Texas at Arlington from August 2020 to January 2023. Additionally, Lasta worked as a Specialized Tutor in Statistical Inference and as a Math Tutor. Earlier experience includes a role as a Content Developer Intern at Online Learning Exchange Nepal, where Lasta contributed to the development of interactive educational software and advanced learning games aimed at enhancing STEM education.
