Tommy Feng currently serves as the International Supply Chain Capabilities and COE Director at General Mills, a position held since January 2003, where leadership encompasses end-to-end supply chain management across planning, manufacturing, and logistics. Tommy has significantly contributed to transformational supply chain initiatives and CAPEX projects while advancing supply chain digitization and global network optimization. Previous roles at General Mills include Supply Chain Director for the Häagen-Dazs brand, leading capacity planning and network optimization, as well as Asia Sourcing Leader, where Tommy led sourcing strategies and streamlined supply chain processes in Asia. Earlier experience includes positions focused on supply planning and logistics operations. Tommy earned an MBA in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, after completing a Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade and Transportation at Shanghai Maritime University.
