Jerry Fultz is an experienced food industry professional with a strong background in product and process development. Currently serving as Principal Engineer at General Mills since December 2003, Jerry has specialized in yogurt development for Yoplait and has worked extensively on frosting and baking mixes for Betty Crocker. Prior to General Mills, Jerry held the position of R&D Manager at Bongrain for over 15 years, overseeing the R&D department and managing manufacturing troubleshooting and regulatory compliance. Earlier experience includes a role as Scientist II at Kraft Foods, where Jerry contributed to product development for various brands, including Philadelphia cream cheese and Lender's Bagels. Jerry earned an MBA from the University of Delaware and a B.S. in Food Process Engineering from Purdue University.
