Vinnie Nambisan is a highly experienced medical professional specializing in palliative medicine. Currently serving as the Medical Director at Livaware since May 2024, Vinnie also holds the position of Consultant in Palliative Medicine at HCA Healthcare UK since December 2020, where inpatient and outpatient care is provided to patients with life-limiting illnesses. Vinnie has contributed to the General Medical Council as a Medical Case Examiner since September 2017 and as an Interim Order Tribunalist from September 2013 to June 2017. Additionally, Vinnie serves as a Trustee for Compassion in Dying since February 2024 and previously worked as a Clinical Lead for End of Life Care at The London Clinic from October 2014 to November 2020. Vinnie has also held roles at North Middlesex University Hospital NHS Trust and contributed to research at the Marie Curie Palliative Care Research Unit. Academically, Vinnie holds an MB ChB from the University of Leeds, an MA in Medical Ethics and Law from Keele University, and a BSc (Hons) in Psychology in Relation to Medicine from the University of Leeds.
