Jodi Blanc is an experienced professional with a strong background in delivery management and Agile methodologies. Currently serving as a Delivery Lead at Booking.com since January 2020, Jodi also holds the position of Agile Delivery Manager at CovĆ©a and Delivery Manager at the General Medical Council since October 2018 and October 2016 respectively. At the General Medical Council, Jodi plays a crucial role in implementing Agile processes and coaching a non-Agile organization, while managing the Digital Media Strategy delivery. Jodi's previous experience as a Technical Project Manager at the BBC involved overseeing high-profile projects across BBC Sport, BBC Childrenā€™s, and BBC Radio, contributing to a significant organizational transformation program and employing various Agile techniques to ensure successful software delivery.
