Alex Rhoades co-founded General Lattice in July 2018 and served as the COO. Prior to that, they worked as an Operations Manager at Toyota Material Handling from June 2017 to August 2018.

Alex Rhoades completed a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Corporate Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business. The degree was obtained between 2013 and 2017.
