Gamze Kaya, Ph.D., has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Gamze started their career in 2008 as an Implementation Consultant at ICRON. In 2009, they transitioned to become an Energy Trader at Akenerji. Following that, they joined Fatih University in 2011 as a Research And Teaching Assistant, where they worked until 2016. In 2018, they joined Sampoerna University as a Lecturer and continued in that role until 2020. Currently, they are working as a Data Analyst at General Index. Their expertise includes data analysis, teaching, research, energy trading, and implementation consulting.

Gamze Kaya, Ph.D., has a strong educational background in Industrial Engineering. Gamze first pursued a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering at Yeditepe University from 2002 to 2006. Following this, they obtained a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from Boğaziçi University between 2006 and 2009. Driven by their passion for the field, they continued their educational journey at Fatih University and completed a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Industrial Engineering from 2011 to 2015. Through their educational pursuits, Gamze Kaya has acquired a deep understanding and knowledge base in the field of Industrial Engineering.
