Etienne Dano is currently the VP of Engineering at General Fluidics Corporation since September 2024, bringing extensive experience from prior roles, including Sr. Director of Product Development at Veranex and Director of Engineering at Fluid-Screen. Dano has a significant background in research and development, having served as Sr. Director R&D and Manufacturing, Director of Engineering, and Senior Mechanical and Systems Engineering lead at Cytonome. Dano also contributed as Sr. Mechanical Engineer/Principal Engineer at Decision Biomarkers, leading initiatives for the DBI AVANTRA automated immunoassay platform, and held multiple engineering roles at Thermo Electron, including Project Leader. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Advanced Automation and Design from Cranfield University and an MSc in Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, and Drive Systems from Université de Technologie de Compiègne.
