Dario Gristina's work experience includes being the CEO of CPL Group USA since 2013, where they specialize in energy management and alternative energy solutions. Prior to that, they were the CEO of Metrocomm International from 1997 to 2000. Dario also worked as the Sr. Vice President at CEB Consultants from 1986 to 1997. Gristina has been involved with Fountain Gallery and Fountain House since 2001, serving as the Chairman of Fountain Gallery Fund Raising and Event Founder.

Dario Gristina attended RCA Engineering from 1982 to 1984, where they obtained a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering with a focus on AES.
