Nick Barnaby is a legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, currently serving as Deputy General Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary at General Dynamics since August 2018. Prior roles at General Dynamics included Staff Vice President and Associate General Counsel, as well as Assistant General Counsel. Prior to joining General Dynamics, Nick Barnaby was a Partner at Jenner & Block from April 2011 to August 2018 and worked as an Associate at Latham & Watkins from October 2009 to April 2011. Nick Barnaby earned a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School from 2005 to 2008 and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Communication from The George Washington University, obtained between 1999 and 2003.
